Packaging details for the US market, using EI212 as an example:
**Inner Packaging (Cartons)**
– Each carton contains 25kg of laminations and is lined with a blue VCI anti-rust bag.
– We first lay a sheet of VCI anti-rust paper at the bottom, then load the core.
– A small amount of anti-rust oil is sprayed on the cutting edges of the core.
– Another sheet of VCI anti-rust paper is placed on top, followed by desiccants.
– The blue VCI bag is then heat-sealed with a special tool to ensure it is completely airtight, and the carton is closed.
This setup strictly isolates the core from external moisture. The desiccants inside the bag absorb any residual moisture, while the rust inhibitors from the VCI bag and paper slowly release to form a protective layer on the core surface, preventing rust.
**Outer Packaging (Wooden Cases)**
– A large VCI anti-rust bag is laid inside a wooden case.
– 20 cartons are placed into each wooden case. Please note that the E-pieces and I-pieces are packed separately, with clear labels on the cartons. I have attached some photos for your reference.
– Once the wooden case is fully loaded with 500kg of goods, additional desiccants are added.
– The large VCI bag is heat-sealed again, and the wooden case is closed.
